Cancellation/Rescheduling/Payment Policy for Paid Services: There are no refunds for paid services. If you need to reschedule your session, a 48-hour notice is required. Email Support@KimCoots.com within 48 hours of your appointment time to reschedule. If you don't contact us to reschedule within 48 hours of your session, or you don't show up for your session, your session will be considered complete. Your session begins and ends at the time you scheduled for, even if you show up late.

You agree that finalizing your booking with Kim virtually confirms an authorized transaction on your credit card (card not physically present) or other payment methods. Booking confirmation serves as cardholder's signature.
